Returns Policy
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Electrical parts (sensors, ECUs, etc.) cannot be returned once fitted
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is incorrect or faulty
How to Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number
- We'll provide a return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back to us securely
- Refund or exchange processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the item
Warranty
- New Parts: Manufacturer warranty (typically 12 months)
- Reconditioned Parts: 3-month warranty
- Used Parts: 30-day fitment guarantee
Fitment Guarantee
If a part doesn't fit your vehicle despite being listed as compatible, we'll exchange it or provide a full refund including return shipping.
